‘The Regulations of Cryptocurrencies’ will Gather the FCA, AMF and Financial Stability Board in a Single Event

One way or another, the regulation of cryptocurrencies is moving up the agenda. The House of Commons Treasury Committee has published a report urging the Government to regulate the market. But it also stated that: “Regulation could lead to positive outcomes for the crypto-asset market, including … a more mature business and increased liquidity”

And we all await the Report from the Crypto Currency Task Force set up by the Chancellor and led by HM Treasury, the FCA and Bank of England.

The one-day conference, “The Regulation of Cryptocurrencies” conference, in London on 20th November is extremely timely and the following sessions will give all stakeholders the opportunity to state and debate their points of view.
